I've been been a dedicated guest to this this place for over 2 years doing deep tissue and chrio work with the team here. They listen to your needs and adjust from there to what your body needs. Doctor Dillon is an amazing chiropractor and Danielle is the best deep tissue massafe therapists I've ever been to.   • The whole team really does an amazing job here! From the moment I first walked in I could feel the peacefulness that O Light Body Bar offers. I have received massages from Danielle & Chiropractic care from Dr. Dillon. Each time I had an issue they listened to my concern, not only fixed the problem but also gave me tips of what I can do in the future to help! What I love even more is the care they give to my daughter who is a teenager/student heavily involved in sports. They treat her exceptional, always answering any questions and also giving her tips that help heal her muscles faster & safely. My daughter looks forward to this and I am so happy to teach her self care at a young age is important. Honestly coming here is one of the best investments I have made for my family & I self care routine. Can't wait to go back!

  • Can’t stress how much this place helped me and how professional they are. Needless to say- this is the spot from here on out. Brain fog, fatigue and neck pain leaving me not able to sleep - 1 session so far with Dr. Dillon with a walkthrough of why it’s happening and a solid adjustment and it’s been a complete 180. Also decided to get a massage same day with Danielle after Dr. Dillon explained how much tension I had. Danielle was like a sniper and her deep tissue massage was amazing. Thank you to O Light Body Bar!!
